• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering, quality or equivalent disciplines
• 8+ years of experience
• Demonstrate skillful application of APQP, PPAP, project management skills, negotiating and influencing strategy
• Ability to build relationships and credibility across the organization; works effectively with cross functional teams; able to function in a matrix environment
• Ability to get things done and multi-task; acts with a sense of urgency; able to prioritize; excellent decision making/judgment skills. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge with common quality tools such as SPC, GRR and Cpk for process capability study, control and monitoring
• Good command of English and strong communication skills
• Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification is a plus
